The Restructuring Committee for the Area 85 Roundup is now set and will be meeting on a Monthly basis to make our Roundup better.

Just to let everyone know there will not be an Area 85 Roundup in 2012 due to restructuring, come and be part of the restructuring committee at Lakehead Intergroup the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm
At the 2011 Fall Assembly there was a motion to suspend the
2012 Round-Up

To Suspend the 2012 Round-Up
Vote: For: 17 Against: 7 Abstain: 4 motion not passed
Minority speaks
Some minority wished to reconsider their vote
Second vote: for:20 against: 5 abstain: 3 Carried
Motion passed - the 2012 Round-Up will be suspended
